Our company has its registered office and main olive growing activity in the town of Poggio San Lorenzo (RI) and an info point in Rome at Via Madonna dei Monti 86, by virtue of these connected offices has the opportunity to work in many areas even outside production as specified in the type of activity. With the many activities, over the course of decades, the company has acquired skills that are not strictly agricultural, also using workers in force in the company in various project areas. At the moment we have 5 workers with a contract in agriculture and we are included in the Job Soul platform from which students of the university courses of Sapienza, Rome 3 and Tuscia di Viterbo can join internships of various kinds, collaborating on average for three months with our various activities.
Experience in the training sector (for more than 25 years) having collaborated with schools, of various kinds, in our area in different forms including training initiatives abroad, in particular Germany and England.
Marco Agamennone, owner of the farm, has taught for about 10 years in an agricultural institute in our area both in external courses and in courses inside the school structure.
CONIL KIDS CLUB was founded in 2018. Since then, the organization has conducted programs and projects aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion through innovative methodologies and interactive outdoors activities.
The priority of CONIL KIDS CLUB is to discover, support, and promote activities with special needs, thus providing equal opportunities for all individuals in the process of integration and social inclusion.
We educate students and facilitate their integration into society through meaningful interactive methods. Additionally, we organize outdoor sports activities, interactive educational workshops, integration camps, and gardening sessions aimed at the holistic recovery of our beneficiaries.

Garden Lab s.c. has been in existence since 2016. The company operates at national and European level. Its main activities concern the promotion of organic solutions in agriculture through training, research activities and the supply of organic products. The recipients of its services are both professionals and hobby farmers.The company promotes sustainable agriculture.
Garden Lab is based on the simple premise that the quality of the environment is mainly changed by human activity. Farms, both large and small, play a critical role in negative environmental changes. When we make choices in agriculture, we affect water, soil, and air. It is up to us to decide whether our behavior favors or harms nature. The most effective way to reduce
the negative impact of agriculture on the environment is to use methods that are specific to sustainable agriculture.
Garden Lab’s task is to educate professionals and hobbyists on the need for eco-friendly products in the agricultural sector.
The company participates in educational activities to promote eco-friendly behaviors, conferences, industry meetings, and trade shows. It provides organic products that are available in different countries.
Garden Lab employs a permanent team of staff: 15 permanent employees, 2 managers.
Garden Lab has been operating in the agricultural sector for many years. It looks for new solutions, especially in the context of the creation of organic products, using raw materials of natural origin. To this end, it engages in international cooperation.
He constantly collaborates with European and Asian institutions. He/she intends to use the experience and knowledge acquired in the implementation of the project presented.
An important asset of the company is its staff, who will carry out the project. The skills of the people involved: all of them have a university degree and more than 10 years of professional experience in the implementation of this type of project.
The staff also has experience in international cooperation and research projects.
