WP1 - Project Management

Objective: To ensure effective and coordinated project management. This includes monitoring progress, controlling the budget, and managing timelines and risks. It also ensures that activities are accessible and inclusive and that digital tools are used to enhance cooperation between partners.

Activities: General supervision, quality monitoring, financial control, planning and resource management, communication among partners, risk management. The monitoring involves partner teams, a Coordinator as supervisor, and representatives from each team for data collection and feedback. Periodic progress reports will document achievements and challenges. Budget control will follow a specific form and a GANTT chart. Risk handling involves a document outlining activities, products, timelines, and budgets, along with early warning mechanisms and a reshaped project plan in case of delays.

Role of Partners: Overall coordination is led by Azienda Agricola Capofarfa di Marco Agamennone (Italy). All partners actively participate in project meetings and decision-making through a Coordination Committee.
