Objective: To conduct in-depth research on sustainability and develop innovative and relevant teaching materials. It aims to provide a solid and reliable basis for sustainability education, promoting an active learning approach and the development of critical thinking. This WP seeks to ensure that content is informative, up-to-date, and relevant, increasing student interest and participation, promoting equity, and encouraging critical thinking and an active approach to learning.

Expected Results: Detailed research reports on environmental and food sustainability, organic farming, and sustainable practices. Various educational materials (learning modules, guides, videos, presentations) based on research findings. An accessible online database with resources on sustainability and organic farming. Interactive online tools (quizzes, educational games, simulations). A handbook for teachers and educators on how to integrate sustainable content.

Activities: In-depth research on sustainability practices (organic farming, nutrition, recycling, composting, responsible consumption), analyzing existing data, reviewing case studies, and interviewing experts. Development of educational materials based on research. Development of interactive online tools. Creation of a resource database. Drafting of a handbook for schools and educators. Evaluation and feedback mechanisms for materials and tools. The activities include data collection and analysis led by Capofarfa (Italy), and review of materials and development of teaching content led by Conil Kids Club (Romania).

Role of Partners: CONIL KIDS CLUB SRL (Romania) is responsible for this work package. Capofarfa coordinates the collection and analysis of existing research and contributes expertise on organic farming. Conil Kids Club conducts research focusing on environmental education and social inclusion and collaborates on developing inclusive materials. Garden Lab (Poland) conducts research on sustainable gardening and composting and collaborates on creating modules and interactive tools. All partners collaborate on research, data collection, meeting participation, and material review.
