Objective: To increase awareness about sustainability issues and disseminate project results and resources to a broad audience. It aims to promote civic engagement and strengthen collaboration networks in the sustainability sector. This WP seeks to ensure that results, knowledge, and resources are accessible, to inspire and enable others, and to promote active participation and civic engagement.
Expected Results: Detailed reports on dissemination activities. Promotional materials (flyers, posters, newsletters, social media content). Organization of 3 multiplier events. A dedicated project website. Collaborations with schools, local authorities, NGOs, and media. Publications and testimonials.
Activities: Creation and distribution of communication materials. Development and management of the project website and social media campaigns. Organization of multiplier events open to the public to present results. Establishing partnerships with media. Building a network of stakeholders. Distribution of educational resources. Monitoring and evaluation of dissemination activities. The activities include the development of the dissemination plan led by Capofarfa (Italy) and the realization of the dissemination plan led by Garden Lab (Poland).
Role of Partners: Azienda Agricola Capofarfa di Marco Agamennone (Italy) is responsible for the overall coordination of dissemination activities, producing materials, organizing the Italian multiplier event (involving ~60 participants), and monitoring effectiveness. GARDEN LAB s.c. (Poland) is responsible for implementing the dissemination plan and organizing the multiplier event in Poland (involving ~60 participants), and supporting video production. CONIL KIDS CLUB SRL (Romania) focuses on adapting materials for the educational target audience, using its communication channels, and organizing the multiplier event in Romania (involving ~60 participants). All partners actively promote the project within their networks, collaborate on content creation and sharing, provide feedback, and document activities.
