The project is structured into four Work Packages, each with a specific role in the development and implementation of the activities.
WP1 – Project Management
focuses on the overall coordination of the project. This phase ensures effective planning of activities, quality monitoring, resource management, and smooth collaboration among all project partners.
WP2 – Research and Content Creation
is dedicated to research and the development of educational content. During this phase, teaching materials and training resources are produced to support the project’s objectives and to provide high-quality content for the target groups.
WP3 – Training Development and Platform
concentrates on the creation of the online platform and the implementation of training programmes. This work package aims to provide accessible, innovative, and engaging digital tools and educational pathways.
WP4 – Dissemination
aims to share the project results and promote greater awareness of sustainability issues. Through communication and outreach activities, the project seeks to reach a wide audience and enhance the impact of the actions carried out.
First of all, the development of a detailed project management plan is envisaged in order to coordinate activities, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor the progress of the work among all partners.
Another key activity concerns the research and analysis of content, which will lead to the production of detailed research reports. These documents will provide the theoretical and methodological basis of the project, supporting the definition of training actions and educational strategies.
In addition, the project includes the development of a variety of teaching materials, including learning modules, guides, presentations, and videos, designed to promote accessible, innovative, and engaging learning for the target groups.
Finally, among the expected results is the creation of a detailed communication plan, developed by Capofarfa with the support of all partners. This tool will be essential for disseminating the project activities, enhancing its results, and raising awareness of the topics addressed.
